Vintage Rail Journeys
The Southern Aurora overnight passenger train, which operated from 1962 to 1986 between Sydney and Melbourne, has seen its original carriages lovingly restored. You can now once again experience the charm and comfort of train travel in our carefully curated rail tours.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Agents will receive one entry per guest booked on eligible 2027 Ghan, Ghan Expedition, Indian Pacific, Great Southern, Outback Spirit, Vintage Rail Journeys, and Grand Pacific Tours products booked between 01/09/2026 and 31/10/2026. Entrants must have a direct booking account with Journey Beyond to qualify. Bookings must be deposited, valid for new bookings only. Escorted and non-escorted group bookings are not eligible. The Journey Beyond mega famil will occur in March 2027. If the prize winner cannot travel at this time they will forfeit their prize and Journey Beyond will choose an alternate prize winner. Prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Winners will be notified by 30 November 2026. At the time of the mega famil, all winners must be employed by the agency their campaign bookings were made through. Prize includes return flights from the winner’s nearest capital city, land component, pre and post accommodation. Not included – visas, insurance, additional food, beverages, and incidentals that are not included on the journey.
